He graduated from University of Silesia in Katowice achieving a Master of Science in Geology. In 2012 completed post-graduate studies in geotechnics field at Krakow University of Technology (Faculty of Environmental – Institute of Geotechnics).
In 2011 he become a chartered geologist passing a professional qualifications examination in Ministry of Environment in Poland.

Sebastian has over 15 years experience in construction. He worked with various contractors, including SIAC Construction in Republic of Ireland, Dragados, SIAC Polska, FCC Construction in Poland and Consultants as ATKINS and Italconsult in the Middle East.

Participated in large infrastructure projects in Republic of Ireland, Poland and State of Qatar with the total length of over 160 km (projects related to motorways, expressways, bypass roads, local roads and local infrastructures) a total value of more than 1 billion euro.
